Welcome to our Employee Experience Pulse Survey during COVID-19 Findings Report (June 2020)
We asked our network how they felt in the first wave of Covid-19 as it disrupted businesses and employees’. We wanted to understand the current climate in aspects of work from home, and how their business leaders were responding through this time.
After conducting our survey and analysing the results, we have found that Covid-19 has impacted the perceptions of:
· Effective communication
· Viability of remote working and productivity
· Job security and economic impact
